We are launching a select dressage facility nestled in the beautiful Carroll County countryside and we are looking for a dedicated working student to join us from the ground up. At our brand-new farm, you will be immersed in every aspect of the horse industry—from training and horse care to breeding top foals and preparing for sales and shows. While dressage is our primary focus, we also incorporate elements of jumping to provide a well-rounded experience. This is more than just a position, it is a rare opportunity to grow with the farm from day one and play an integral role in shaping its success. What We Offer: • Full board for one horse (stall, grain, hay, turnout) • Regular lessons with our head trainer • Comfortable housing onsite • Monthly stipend • A supportive, fun and nurturing environment where your growth matters Your Role Includes: • Feeding, turnout, mucking stalls, and general horse care for between 14-20 horses • Grooming for and at horse shows and clinics • Tacking up for the head trainer • Cleaning tack • Hands on experience with foals and young horses • Some riding opportunities based on experience • Holding horses for the farrier Who You Are: Positive, reliable and eager to learn Neat and professional appearance Non-Smoking Confident and experienced in handling horses. Experience in foal handling is a plus.
